Privacy Policy

Updated 2026-10-31

This policy sets out what personal data StarProxy stores, why, and for how long. We keep only what is needed to run your account and plans.

1. Data stored at sign-up

Sign-up does not ask for an email address or phone number. We store only these items.

  • The username you picked.
  • A hash of your password. The password itself is never stored.
  • A hash of the IP address used to sign up, used only to check the limit of 3 accounts per IP address.

2. Payment records

Top-ups happen in a separate, secure payment window. StarProxy receives and keeps records from it, such as amount, coin, network, transaction ID and payment status.

We do not receive or store wallet private keys or card details.

3. Account and order data

To run your plans and show them in the dashboard, we keep your balance, top-up history, orders, plan settings, proxy username, Allowed IPs and the usage needed for billing.

4. Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies it needs to function.

  • Session cookie: keeps you signed in.
  • Language cookie: keeps your chosen language for later visits.
  • First-visit source cookie: records how you first reached the site, such as a search result or a link.

5. How data is used

Stored data is used to run accounts, process top-ups and orders, and prevent misuse of the service.

6. Sharing

StarProxy does not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with providers that help run the service, such as the payment window and hosting, or when the law requires it.

7. Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists. Once an account is deleted, its personal data is erased, and only the payment and order records we must keep for accounting and legal reasons remain.

8. Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account while signed in to it. Any balance left on the account is removed with it and can't be restored, so we suggest using up your balance first.

9. Policy changes

StarProxy may update this policy. The date at the top shows the version in force.
