What is a residential proxy?
It sends your requests through IPs that internet providers assign to homes. Sites see an ordinary user browsing from home. That makes it the usual choice for data collection, checking local search results and seeing how your own site looks from other countries.
Connect to gate.starproxy.shop (HTTP/HTTPS on 6100, SOCKS5 on 6200) and add -zone-res to your username. With no session ID, the IP changes on every request. Choose from 60 countries, and many of them support city targeting.
What sets it apart from the unlimited plan is billing. Here only the GB you actually use are deducted, and traffic has no expiry date. Use Glow 100 GB in a week, or spread it across a year.
Residential traffic pricing
Pricing is per GB, and bigger purchases get a lower rate: $0.39 for 5~24 GB, $0.36 for 25~99 GB, $0.33 for 100~499 GB, $0.30 for 500~1,999 GB and $0.27 for 2,000 GB or more.
There are four plan cards: Spark 25 GB for $9.00, Glow 100 GB for $33.00, Shine 500 GB for $150.00 and Nova 2,000 GB for $540.00. If you are new, start with Glow. For other amounts, enter 5~5,000 GB in the dashboard. $50 buys 151 GB. You pay from your balance and the traffic is added to your account.

Traffic with no expiry
Unused GB stay in your account. Buy a big pack like Shine or Nova at the lower rate and use it at your own pace.
Lower rate at higher volume
It starts at $0.39 per GB and drops at 25, 100, 500 and 2,000 GB. The Nova tier is $0.27.
60 countries, city level
Add the country with -cc- and the city with -city- in the username. Many countries go down to the city.
Rotating IPs, sticky sessions
Without -sid, the IP changes per request. Add -sid-<session id> and -ttl-<minutes> to keep one IP for up to 60 minutes.
HTTP, HTTPS and SOCKS5
One gateway, two ports: 6100 for HTTP and HTTPS, 6200 for SOCKS5.
Allowed server IPs
Register up to 10 server IPv4 addresses and they connect without a password. Useful for scheduled jobs and cloud servers.

When another product fits better
- Heavy traffic every dayAt 11~14 GB a day or more, the unlimited plan costs less and is easier to budget. It doesn't count GB and charges a fixed amount from $3.46 a day.
- Sites that accept server IPsIf the target opens on datacenter IPs, datacenter proxies start at $0.14 per IP per month, or $0.10 from 500 IPs. For request-heavy jobs that is usually cheaper than paying per GB.

How long can I use purchased traffic?
There is no time limit. It stays in your account until you use it up, and it doesn't disappear when the month changes.
How much is 100 GB?
The Glow plan (100 GB) is $33.00. It is in the 100~499 GB tier, so it is billed at $0.33 per GB.
What are the minimum and maximum amounts?
5 GB to 5,000 GB. 5 GB costs $1.95 ($0.39 per GB), and 2,000 GB or more is $0.27 per GB.
Can I buy more later?
Yes. Buy again from your balance at any time and it adds to the traffic you have left.
How do I set the country and session?
Chain options onto the proxy username. spexample1-zone-res-cc-de-sid-a1-ttl-30 gives you one German IP for 30 minutes.
How do I pay?
Top up your balance with crypto first. Each top-up is $25~$5,000. You buy traffic from that balance, and neither the balance nor the traffic expires.
