How do I top up?
Send crypto through the payment window. We accept USDT (TRON, BNB Smart Chain, Ethereum, Solana), USDC, BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL and LTC.
What is the minimum top-up?
$25. The maximum per top-up is $5,000.
How do refunds work?
They go back to your balance. Failed, canceled and not-activated orders return the full amount paid. Balance cannot be withdrawn to a wallet.
Does my balance expire?
No. It stays on your account and works for any product.
What does activating mean on my order?
Payment is done and the plan is being switched on. If it cannot be activated, the order is canceled and the full amount returns to your balance.
