All StarProxy refunds are credited to your account balance. This page explains when a refund applies and how it is handled.
1. Refunds go to your balance
Every refund is credited back to your StarProxy balance. It is not sent to a crypto wallet or any other account. You can spend refunded balance on any of the four products.
2. Orders that can't be activated
If an order fails, is canceled or can't be activated, the full amount you paid returns to your balance. No request is needed. It happens together with the cancelation.
3. Active plans
Once a plan is active, its days, traffic or IPs are already assigned to your account, so it can't be refunded. Residential traffic has no expiry, so unused GB stay on your account.
4. Unused balance
Unspent balance stays on your account with no expiry date. Spend it on any plan when you need one.
5. Crypto payment mistakes
Send the exact coin and network shown in the payment window. Crypto transfers can't be undone, so check the address, network and amount again before sending.
If you sent a different amount, used another network or the top-up hasn't reached your balance, keep the transaction ID and check the top-up status on the History tab of your dashboard. Once the payment is confirmed, we credit the amount actually received. Funds sent on the wrong network may not be recoverable.
6. Viewing refunds and top-ups
All refunds and top-ups are listed on the History tab of your dashboard.
