These terms cover anyone who creates a StarProxy account or uses StarProxy proxies at starproxy.shop. By signing up or buying a plan, you agree to them.
1. The service
StarProxy provides proxies through the gate.starproxy.shop gateway. There are four products: residential proxies sold by the GB, unlimited residential proxies sold by the day, and static ISP and datacenter proxies sold per IP per month.
Plan contents, prices and available countries follow what the pricing page and dashboard show at the time of purchase.
2. Accounts
Accounts are created with a username and password only. You are responsible for keeping your login details and proxy credentials private, and for all activity on your account.
- Up to 3 accounts can be created per IP address.
- We don't take an email address or phone number at sign-up. If you lose your username or password, the account can't be recovered, so write both down and store them safely.
- Changing your account password logs you out on every other device.
3. Balance and top-ups
StarProxy is paid for with a prepaid USD balance. You fill the balance with crypto in the payment window, then buy plans from it.
A single top-up can be $25 to $5,000. The amount you send arrives as USD balance and is spent on plans.
4. Orders and activation
When you buy a plan, the price is taken from your balance immediately. The order shows activating until the network switches it on.
An order that can't be activated is canceled, and the full amount returns to your balance. A plan's period starts when the order is activated.
5. Proxy credentials
Every account has one proxy username and one proxy password, both shown in the dashboard. You can issue a new proxy password at any time and add up to 10 server IPv4 addresses as Allowed IPs.
Concurrent connections, bandwidth, traffic and IP count are limited to what your plan includes.
6. Usage rules
Use StarProxy only in line with the Acceptable Use Policy and the laws that apply to you and to the sites you reach. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms.
7. Suspension and termination
StarProxy may suspend or close any account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that puts the network or other customers at risk.
You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account, request it while signed in to that account.
8. Refunds
Refunds are made to your balance under the Refund Policy. Balance is not paid out to a crypto wallet.
9. Service changes
StarProxy may change its products, prices, countries and features. New prices apply to orders placed after the change, and plans already paid for are not affected.
Proxy IPs come from outside networks, so specific IPs and locations can change over time.
10. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, StarProxy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its liability on any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the plan concerned.
11. Changes to these terms
StarProxy may update these terms. The date at the top shows the version in force. If you keep using the service after an update, the updated terms apply to you.
